Or, when you’re inviting them in and need to figure out the logistics. Bringing in money is no simple task for most!
The Ten of Pentacles is the beautiful home built, the successful career, the conclusion of a goal, or the money pouring in. It can also be the wealth of having the love from family and friends surrounding you.
If it’s not falling into place, it’s time to get on it! What do you need to create the security you’ve dreamed of? Who do you envision at your side? Or, how can you cultivate happiness within your current financial means? It may not be about striving for more, but appreciating the wealth of loved ones and goodness where you stand.
This card is often drawn for those wanting to start a family, wanting more for their family, or thinking about plans for greater security. You might long for a roomy home, more time for leisure, or a bump in earnings to bring you a greater sense of safety. You want more than survival. You want to thrive.
Numerically, 10’s represent the culmination of a journey. As the final card in the suit of pentacles, the realm of materiality (earth) reaches a pinnacle. You might be reaching a professional milestone, appreciating the love of family and friends, or just finding things falling into place.
And if not, you’re being called to align your world with your vision. What does true security look and feel like? How do you get there? The Ten of Pentacles invites you to reflect on your goals and the steps to get there.
This card can also suggest a focus on estate planning, property, inheritance, or financial issues affecting your family. It may also suggest money secured or changing hands through lucrative business deals, contacts, or those in your professional sphere. Most often, the resources or opportunities come from known networks or people.
When reversed or paired with other cards that suggest so, this card can indicate a lack of vision or, on the flip side, blinding grandiosity.
A lack of vision might show you doubting your potential or settling for less. You might need to work on embodying the greatness you deserve.
The grandious energies could also mean greatness has gone askew. You might idealize wealth or the happiness a family (or a current family) can bring. This leaves you with a sense of lack and unable to enjoy what’s there.
The lack might also be something you miss altogether. You could falsely believe you have the perfect family, life, or community. You might think your status is untouchable. Perhaps you are worried about having more when you have more than enough. The Ten of Pentacles in reverse asks you to see the reality of what you have or examine the psychology of what you believe.
The reversed Ten of Pentacles can also suggest problems with an inheritance, tough family dynamics, financial or professional loss, or the inability to get a leg up or remove yourself from a situation or mindset you feel locked into.
The Ten of Pentacles on a good day is a great fortune, the bestower of happiness, a boon for connection, and the abundance you’re ushering in.
